You get about 80 hours of story spanning across 16 episodes. There are new gameplay elements as well (with 3d object investigating comming back since Rise From The Ashes). Also what you need to keep in mind is that while Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney was written by Shu Takumi, the other two games had new writers, but it doesn't mean it's a downgrade or anything.
Is it worth 50€? Yeah, I had a great time with it.

This game has disappointed me greatly. After playing ABC murders which was quite okay, I thought that the new studio will bring fresh breeze to Hercules Poirot's adventures. Oh boy how wrong I was. Here are my main problems with the game:
- Models that often do not match the sprites of the characters
- You can only do two things - either you investigate by talking to people and clicking on objects or you connect two clues to gain an insight into the murder. There is no puzzles involving various boxes or machines (which i really enjoyed in ABC: murders)
- Prologue has no signifance on the story and could be easily dropped.
- You move very slow and you can't speed it up (and you will have to visit a lot of places again)

In short: get ABC murders

Wow, compared to Einlanzer this game is much more polished and introduces a lot of cool and innovative ideas. Very Hard difficulty was well balanced and while there was one or two fights that were a little RNGish, it is much much better than the previous game. If you are jrpg / rpg-maker fan, you should add this one to your to-play list :)

Dont get me wrong, the concept and idea was there and i enjoyed early stages of the game, but then...

Game just keeps spamming picross minigames every few minutes and it really is annoying. Imagine having 1 minuite of dialog and BOOM another puzzle.

What also doesnt help is that there is no different types of puzzle in this game. On top of that, you can't even skip puzzle (or leave it for later) because there is no button for it. You can only check if you made any errors or fill random 5 squares (and later puzzles become much bigger - 10x15 for example).

I'm really sad having to give this one a thumb down, but when you get tired by even copying the solutions from the guide, it has to be done.

It is one of the most interestning rpg-maker games I've recently played. There are some problems like incorrect english translation, simple dialogs, character being too slow, but since it's one of the first games from this author I'm willing to overlook those, because of everything else.

This game is action rpg where you get a lot of tools to help you along the way (hook, bombs, bow). Boss Fight's are also a notable thing. Some of the bosses can be killed in interestning way instead of just spamming sword attack (for example you can throw back bombs that boss throws at you).

Another thing are achievements. While I had a problem with some and had to ask dev for the tips, I love how clever some of those are. There are some missable ones, but they aren't too far in the story so you can rush to get them.

Overall, Its OK for the first game. Just keep in mind that english translation might not be the best at times and dialogs are simplistic, but everything else does it's job really well.

Honestly? This game could have been good, It had so much potential, but I guess that dev just didn't want this project to continue. While the story is very bland, I really liked option to spare your enemies, so that they may help you in the future. Unfortunately, beside 1 or 2 characters, the rest of the options dont really matter.
What is also sad is the fact that there are leftover character names and stats in game data that were never used. I think that dev just wanted to wrap up this game and move forward, which is sad. Also, the final boss is broken and you cannot get to the ending scene unless you overlevel your character or use cheats.

tl;dr - Wasted opportunity, had a great idea, but execution is very poor.

Not gonna lie this game had a potential. It could have been a really good game, but there are just some factors that I cannot overlook.

Pros:
+ You can choose one of three classes for your new party member.
+ You can swap your team members almost any time you want (only before the battle)
+ Almost no missable content (execpt for one side quest and achievement).
+ Good/Bad Karma system.

Cons:
- Most of the stuff is made of basic RPG-Maker textures.
- Hard mode is poorly balanced - it IS beatable but some boss fights tend to be very RNG.
- Some of the classes are not 100% finished and balanced.
- Seasonal events that can't be accessed anymore.
- Repetitive music (most of them are also standard RPG-Maker BGs).

While I see why so many people like this game, I cannnot overlook some of those issues. If you want to have fun with this game play on easy or medium.

A great game with an amazing story, some lovely custom sprites and plugins. It really feels like playing an old NES classic like FF. You have a bestiary with the enemies you have encountered, a lot of optional bosses and side quests. The difficulty is just right - its neither too easy or too hard. Its definitely a must-play title for all RPG-Maker enjoyers.

A little buggy at times but so is every Stronghold game. Dont mind the mixed reviews, you will have a great time playing this. You just have to get used to different things here and there. Firefly preapered a lot of content to look forward to: 5 (+4 DLC) campaigns, 3 Skimrish Trials, Sandbox. Def worth buying!
