Here I am at 2:12 am after getting the lord vessel with a ton more killing to do, nobody does souls games like the japanese.
This game is hard and does not hold your hand, but the thrill of pushing thru is the best feeling.
This is just as much an experience/journey as it is a game.
Do yourself a favor and experience Dark Souls.

I like a lot of different games, from souls to rogue lite etc...
Visual novels I can take or leave, in other words it better be really good
or count me out.

Well Utawarerumono : Prelude to the Fallen is one of those special exceptions.
With a great cast of characters that you really get to know and maybe get the
feels here and there,lol.

Is it a visual novel yes but not like most, the fighting starts out simple but fun,
slowly ramping up a little getting more detailed, not super hard but fun for sure.
I have been waiting for a couple of years for this one to go on sale, since I own the rest,
with this one being played first in order, so a little over halfway through and it's really great.

Actually almost worth it for full price,but a sale is a sale,lol.

Here we go again, sub-par Korean hack and slash casino made to look like a game.
Want more inventory space (because you will want more) open your wallet and not just a little.
Bless, Lost Ark etc been down this road to many times it always ends the same.

Great old school rpg, with leveling done different instead of XP it's when you complete Field Areas.
Really polished for EA and a decent price to match.
There is lots of work to be done for sure, bit imo this is worth picking up before Baldurs Gate 3.
People have said the combat is hard and shrines where you go when you die are not close enough.
Well go out and unlock shrines pretty simple really and pay attention to combat problems solved.
The devs have put a ton of work in, maybe you should pick it up to show support if this kind of game is your thing.

I tried to enjoy this game, but between the HORRIBLE combat, weird community, the game being so generic it never seems
to pull you in
The fact that it has been in development for over five years and hit boxes still don't work properly.
Combat is one of the most important things in games like this and if it sucks then generally the game will too.
Game is not even worth the time to down load it.
At this points Devs are only looking to make back the investment not improve the gameplay,bit off a bit more than they
could chew.

Do you like Chinese culture? Do you like RPGs?
Then this is worth the monies especially on sale.
Sword and Fairy 7 is a big improvement for Sword and Fairy 6
There are a ton of cut scenes to move the story along, combat is real time and fun.
Characters are memorable and fit in with the story.
Try something different, Chinese devs are only getting better.

The fact that I compare it to Shadow of the Colossus shows what this small three man dev team has done.
Dial it in to how hard you want it to be and set off on a grand adventure.
Boss fights are the main attraction, but crafting, lore, exploring,gliding and grappling hook all help round
things out.
This doesn't hold your hand to much which is nice, but you never feel totally lost.
If the price seems high wait for a sale, but don't let this one get away, cause it's worth a play through.
Just for the experience.

What can I say I really like this game, played last year on xbox one but the lag was to much, now on pc no lag.
I have played a lot of MMO's and yes this does have pay to advance faster and buying a pack does help especially for inventory (personal and account wide) your inventory you can upgrade all the time in game for free.
It has crafting,fishing,gathering,group events, area monsters to group for,dungeons, and on and on.
Combat is really fun,maybe a little clunky, but once you get use to it it's fine.It is one of the only MMO's you can really play with a controller and no issues combat included.

Don't listen to all the folks that want to be Bezo's kid, this is a solid game, where you spend what you want.
Forced PVP after 30 sure but I never felt like I was being griefed and is kinda of fun, keeps ya on your toes.
Edit @700 hours in :It has taken me awhile to get to this point.
Devs you actually have a good game here with lots of potential, but since you enjoy punishing players and trying to milk every last dime from us I have to say ciao.
The list of problems is long and never fixed so I will not bore you with the details.
Best of luck to those who stay and don't get me wrong I had a great time with the game, but at this point it's just not fair for the time you put in @ devs don't respect your time so lates.

Gujian 3 is a Chinese action rpg, with monsters based on chinese mythology with a lot of the locations based on historic sites. Gujian 3 has a really good story with interesting characters. Its gameplay mechanisms can be compared to quite a few jrpgs, but were it really shines is its real time action combat, one of, if not the best ever in any rpg, fast & fluid and very satisfying.

There are a lot of cut scenes for the first part of the game which are beautiful and story driven. The Chinese culture is different if you are a native english speaker, but different doesn't mean bad on the contrary it's really neat and fascinating.

The menu takes a second to adjust to, but the translation both in game and the menu are really good.
As for length I have a friend who has over 300 hours with two full play-throughs. It runs butter smooth, no bugs and a good amount of polish. Salute to the devs for making such a good game.

Do yourself a favor and slip outside your gamer comfort zone and take a chance on the title. You won't be disappointed (plus it's on sale for 70% off for the weekly deal at $8.99 which is a steal, worth it at full price).

I have played alot of MMO's in my day, this looks good but omg why is it so frickin weird, it might as well still be in chinese.
There are way to many different systems and things to figure out, it's not terrible just nothing really stands out.
After 15-16 hours I just can't anymore.
Edit 7/21 - Since Steam denied my refund, which i knew they would ( to many hours) I reinstalled and learned by watching videos about combat, systems etc, so it's not that bad and kinda fun, cash shop is to expensive and the translation is a bit off, but I will get to level cap where i heard the fun begins.If this proves to be the case I will change my review.
Edit 7/23 It's just not for me, under all the layers of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ there might be a good game, it's just been there done that only worse.Tosses game in the trash bin.
