-Story. Bad. I wanted to hit my head against a wall. I went from not caring that everyone died to cleaning ceptic tanks.

-Vehicles. Feels like I'm driving a garbage truck.

-Low ammo/pain finding and picking everything up. Need a rifle? Sorry no ammo for you.

-Microtransactions in a single player game. B r u h

-Heavy Lag in menu. B r u h x2

Money can be put into this game for cosmetics, time savers, and extra slots, but is completely optional. You can play this game and get everything for free if you work hard. Premium currency can also be earned in this game for free.

Support is also great if you have any problems.

The gameplay is solid.

Getting credits is a pain as well as many of the rng systems.

But just use credits for new mercs and buy bronze cards upfront with credits and the game will be good.

Devs stopped development, so what you see is what you get.

Overall a fun game and completely free to play. Pay to win is gone.

Thronebreaker is one of the greatest games I’ve ever played. A title truly worthy of the name CDPR.

The visuals are fantastic, the gameplay is great, the story is phenomenal, and there is a plethora of content.

As one who isn’t much of a card player, I found this title remarkable. The card gameplay is fun with the mechanics of damaging enemy cards as well as healing your own. There is much more than the card gameplay and that is roaming the 6 huge maps and immersing yourself in the rich story.

My only complaint would be that my frames would dip here and there during the card combat.

For $30 it is a steal. Even more so with a sale. I took my time with the game and put 48 hours into my first save on normal difficulty.

This game has potential. I really like the game, but my biggest issue is the lag. I hope in the upcoming of days this game will improve :)

In the short time I played this I came to the conclusion that I like and don’t like this game. Hear me out.

Compared to the first game, the sequel improved upon how things are unlocked and I really liked that. It was also interesting how they added more abilities.

But…

Compared to the first game in my opinion the atmosphere was worse. It didn’t look as great and it didn’t feel as magical. The animals were really buggy and that leads me to my next point.

Bugs. Right from the get go, many animals were having seizures and stuck in the ground. To me it detracted from the experience.

Camera. Sometimes the camera would freak out, thus dropping me from a great climb. Frustrating.

Last the movement. It felt much slower and clunky.

Overall, the game improved some things but other things also got worse. Personally I much rather recommend the first because that one was a lot better. If you can look past its faults then you should get this game, but I would only recommend it if you are a die hard B.U.D. fan. Don’t get me wrong I like B.U.D., but the games faults are too much for me.

If you are looking for a small battle simulator look no further. Unfortunately, I was looking for a battle sim on a large scale. I put less than 2,000 knights on the field and my computer was dieing. I put it on medium graphics.

My Specs: GTX 1060 SC, Intel i5 6600k, 8GB Of Ram. (My Resolution Is 1080p)

Besides the game being super hard on my computer the game is also choppy. (This being the 2,000 unit fight)

But the game was actually pretty cool and fun via small fights.

The game advertises large scale fights (10,000+ units) and low spec requirements. Unfortunately this is not the case (unless if you have 2 GTX 1080 TI'S, Intel i7, and 64 GB of Ram).

If you are a gamer and love Star Wars, then you need to play this game. As of right now Knights of the Old Republic is one of my favorite games. I truly believe this game stands the test of time. I love the story. I love the gameplay. I love everything else about this game. Some may say that this game is outdated and need better graphics. I say judge a girl on her gameplay, not her graphics. Also one may be reluctant to buy this game because of the resolution settings. There is a program for that. "Flawless Widescreen" look it up and you can set this game to whatever resolution you want.

All in all, if you want to be the hero of the galaxy or a villain of the universe, it's up to you. Not many games give you such freedom, and awesome gameplay as this one.

I can not recommend this game enough.

This game was my #1 favorite as a kid. Replaying it this week was an absolute blast. It brought back many memories of joy. I will always hold this game close to my heart.

But putting down my rose tinted glasses, how does it hold up in 2021?

Well you need to be in the mindset that this game was released more than 15 years ago. It is a bit dated, but still really fun and captivating.

What I absolutely love: the grim story, the characters, the environments, the humor, the music, the sound, and that the game is good old fashion fun.

The ai is a bit dated but it isn't too bad. The visuals are old, but to me it doesn't bother me that much. Some bugs here and there but they are only minor.

On sale you can pick this up for around $3. You get around 10 hours of solo gameplay. To me that is a really good cost to play ratio.

If you are looking for an fps blast from the past then I highly recommend giving this a shot. If you like Star Wars, why aren't you playing this right now?
