I ordered a matcha frappe and a iced sweet latte and they gave me an iced matcha latte and my iced latte was unsweetened. They charged me for a more expensive coffee as well because it should’ve been four dollars and change for the sweet iced latte but they charged me for a mocha latte which rang up as five dollars and change. Also I’m assuming the matcha latte costs less than if it were a frappe but they charged me for a frappe. I was also waiting for an extended period of time so I was really disappointed when I was handed my drinks. As a fellow food service worker, I didn’t want to complain to them when they had other orders to do but it was a very disappointing experience.

Went to this place after recommended by a friend. I ordered a simple burger, fries, and a fountain drink. The total was $15 the guy on the cash register charged me $33, when i asked why was it so much this guy had the audacity to say that it was because of tax!!! He then realized that it was that he had a previous order on the bill, he still charged me and didn’t even apologized he just left the cash register and called the manager. The manager was really helpful and she did explain that they were understaffed which is understandable, still that guy could’ve had the decency to at-least apologize. Anyway honestly wouldn’t recommend . Go to diMarcos pizza instead way better!
