Remember loving the original so bought it to try on modern technology. Terrible port, cutscenes lag in and out, zombies such as football players can almost infinitely knock you down and cant jump out of the way due to the fact they home on to you. Killabilly section even more painful than I remember. Lost license for music. I'd genuinely recommend emulating the original instead by this point.

Like a lot of others the original SH2 holds a special place in my heart for both its visual story telling and its fantastic fear inducing moments throughout the game. When it was announced that BLOOBER team were spear heading the project I couldn't help but feel like the remake was potentially dead in water before it even released. However, I gotta say, the love that the team at BLOOPER clearly had for the original is very apparent. This feels more like it was created by a team of superfans than a regular dev team. While I have some complaints they pale in comparison to the overall product. I hope everyone at BLOOPER had one hell of a party when they released this love letter to Team Silent.

It's amazing what humans can produce when given the time and care they deserve.
Baldur's Gate 3 is a love letter to RPG fans as well as just anyone who enjoys games in general and I (dark) urge anyone who is curious about the game to give it a chance.
After 143 hours of blood, sweat and tears. I'm ready to finish creating my character and start my adventure!

A game so immersive I let my dad try it and he jumped over a desk in VR but in real life dived forward and bust his nose open. I'm not kidding.

Why spend big money on game when you buy this game which has every game?
