A gorgeous fast-paced platformer. Tons of action, lots of laughs, and an obscene amount of fun. Oh, and the music is fantastic.
One of the best games out there, if you ask me. Highly recommended!

What can I say - original Ori And The Blind Forest is an incredible game, and now we get the Definitive Edition. This means:
- Even more gorgeous looking locations that will kick your butt and test your platforming skills
- Even more very simple, yet emotional story.
- Even more awesome abilities.
- More difficulty modes, so if the original was a little bit too hard or too easy for you, this version has exactly what you need.

As for those who never played the original version - my previous review still applies:

It's a fantastic game with great visuals, amazing soundtrack and very good gameplay. It *is* challenging, but in my opinion - in a good way. Most of the time your deaths will be deserved - Ori is agile, fast and responds perfectly to your every command.

You will die often because you were way too careless with your health, or you wanted to play it way too safe, losing windows of opportunity and falling into traps as a result. I rarely felt frustrated; most of the time I was like "Dang, let's try this again!", with a big smile and a hint of determination on my face. And when I successfully finished the famous escape sequences - which are substitutes for traditional boss fights - my satisfaction meter went well beyond the scale.

The map is filled with secrets and power-ups and locations have just the right size, so they never overstay their welcome, making you feel tired as a result. It encourages exploration, returning to previously visited locations after learning new abilities in order to reach new locations and find more goodies to help you with your journey.

I find myself returning to this game from time to time. It never gets old.
