Early Access Review
Just another copy and paste of the same backrooms game you've seen before. Absolutely no creativity was demonstrated in this game, and nearly every mechanic was stolen from a different game. Save your time, this isn't worth even a dollar.

Writing a negative review so that Steam doesn't try to recommend me any of the other games by these two unimaginative and greedy brothers.

This has genuinely become one of the worst games to exist, yet it still pulls in million, if not billions, of dollars every year, all because of Bungie's blatantly obvious focus on the micro-transactions, rather than the core gameplay and activities. Every update adds so many different cosmetics that can be "unlocked" (bought) in the store, and that is where so many of the problems lie. Imagine a looter-shooter where instead of playing the game to unlock all of the cool items, cosmetics, and weapons, you have to pay for them instead. Every single raid armor that has released since "Beyond Light", and arguably even before then, have been vastly inferior to the ones that a player can just buy in the eververse store. You want a cool samurai armor that literally blows everything else out of the water? Pay for it. Don't like that? Well too bad, Bungie has millions of players that will buy the armor set, making the endless loop of the best loot being locked behind a paywall. Now you may be thinking: "Well its just cosmetic, it doesn't effect the gameplay, and the brightdust exists so you can just get it for free." Yea, well that has literally changed with this season. They are now making it so that in order to unlock certain craftable weapons for the deepsight or whatever its called, you have to buy the season pass to get all of the little consumables to do that. They are making you pay for something that should be unlockable through gameplay, and the worst part of all of this is that it damn well would have been unlockable in Destiny 1, and maybe even a few years ago in some of the younger D2 years. They're also increasing the pricing of the season pass while also adding new "silver bundles" into the game to force players to buy the more expensive silver bundle just so they can play the game they already paid 60 bucks for every year. This game is a disgrace to what Bungie used to be. They haven't done anything to PvP in what feels like years, give the players what feels like a IV drip of content so that we have to keep coming back to this god awful game, and artificially inflate the difficulty of PvE activities by jacking up both the enemy count and health/damage of said enemies. Don't even get me started on the godawful servers that feel like they crash your game at least once a day. It really is sad to see a game I loved just fall so far. Beyond Light really was my favorite expansion of all time, felt so full of life and content, but the standard that is accepted now is filler content that does not progress the story at all or give any characterization to any of the god awful, one-dimensional, cardboard cutouts that are considered "characters" in this game. If you want a good Bungie game, then go get the Masterchief Collection. That game beats this game in terms of fun anyday.

I genuinely think this is what a remake should strive to be. This game has expanded upon both the game play, story, and extra stuff in this game while also still being faithful to the original. Nothing was removed from the game, yet more was added. Main problems many people had with the first two RE remakes was that they took content away from the game yet sold it at a higher price, but this is not present here. Seriously, not much else for me to say besides buy this game if you are a Resident Evil fan new or old. Also the modding scene is already insane.

The most boring game I have ever played. Player models are lazy and just basic models you find in Unity. Not scary due to the same 2 monster models and boring jumpscare reliance. Do not waste your time on such a pile of garbage. Glitches every 5 seconds and countless audio issues. Monsters are also just super easy to avoid and basically ignore due to them being the dumbest AI I have ever seen. Save your money.
