i used a custom .fgd file that adds the linked_portal_door entity with correct outputs and stuff, and used this addon's code: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=499280258&searchtext=doors

i dont remember where i found the custom .fgd though unfortunately.
