Was not sure about this at the beginning but it has turned out to be one of the best DLC packs ever released for a civ game

What started as a mediocre entry into my much loved series has become, if not the GOAT, the best 4X game currently available. The expansions have been well thought out in order to address issues and areas lacking refinement. The ability to play at a top level or all the way down a hyper-granual, min-max style is great. The ever-expanding, and continuingly balanced victory types are all fun. And the growing list of leaders/civs with unique and interesting bonuses is awesome. There is still room for improvement but the approach taken by the devs just means that leaves me hopeful that this epic game will become even more epic as we go.

The single player of the game is a long-awaited and refreshing step in the right direction for the franchise I loved growing up... HOWEVER - the seeming lack of ANY thought being put into the multiplayer experience SPECIFICALLY the total and complete failure to add in Campaign Co-op leaves me with little more than a sour taste and bitter feelings. BETHESDA... WTF!
