Was a great game until they pulled an Apex/CoD and introduced incredibly egregious aim assist. Go look up some videos on it and you'll understand. This game now employs the now-classic overpowered rotational aim assist to bait the controller players who are already used to this level of assistance to play this game. They have to do this because without it, they'll get destroyed and go back to Apex/CoD/Fortnite/Halo.

These companies have effectively brainwashed a majority of the player-base to think they are more skilled than they are to the point they are so disillusioned that if they play any game without this level of assistance they complain the game is bad and go back to the game they think is good. The game that holds their hand and has them convinced they are skilled in the first place. A great example of this is what happened to the Bloodhunt battle royale. The game had a great start but very quickly bled away their controller player-base as a result of 0 to no aim assist.

Why? Money. Console casual players are where the money is at, and if the players are getting dominated, they're not gonna spend money so they leave. It hurts less to lose M/KB players than it does to lose controller players. QED - Boost that soft aimbot up on controllers and give em the floor.

CoD - No Mk/B in professional serious play.
Apex - 92% of the top 25 players are confirmed controller only players.

Sadly, these are pretty much the only relevant shooters hospitable to pure unassisted raw aiming skill. The last bastion of competitive integrity in first person shooters. May we continue to dream of input based matchmaking in first person shooters.

Any/All of the negative reviews either don't understand this type of game, or completely forgot how limited early Terraria was.
This is an "Overwhelming Positive" reviews kind of game and I feel optimistic for future updates.

Get on a horse, battlecry 24/7 and watch as the enemy team turns into a spear and billhook army, swarming the fields to remove you from your mighty steed. 9/10 would highly recommend the NA Free For All 2xDamage servers!
