same formula as forza horizon 4, but with the fun and world building mechanics of lego island DLC, better progression system, and the feel of red dead redemption 2 enivronmentally wise but with cars. most fun ive had in a really long time on a racing game since test drive unlimited 2. car handling feels awesome all around.

amazing leap forward in flight simulation technology. default aircraft are limited operability just like fsx was, but that is because they have said they want to support third party developers, if their defaults are advanced why would anyone buy third party? so this isnt really a con. what this sim does is finally advance flight simming into this decade. flight model is well done, very convincing and realistic, visuals are absolutely stunning. i only wish for more in depth missions like in fsx, not just landing challenges. but maybe a third party will come out with missions. 100% worth the money for anyone who spent thousands of hours in fsx/p3d/xplane. big leap forward. cant say that enough. i dont know my framerates, but i am getting butter smooth gameplay even in congested cities like Los Angeles with a 2.8ghz 14 core 28 thread Xeon E5-4650v4 and 1080Ti, which definitely proves that this game is utilizing CPU cores much much better than its predecesor.

it'll only get better once developers like PMDG and A2A start bringing their work over to FS2020.

i have 510 hours in Oldrim. I thought I would see what skyrim VR is all about and within 15 minutes, i had refunded the game. You cant play it unless youre in roomscale, and roomscale can be hard to pull off if you dont have the room for it. if you play it in a static sitting position with a controller you get sick from the controller being your main source of viewing and not being able to move your head. Skryim VR doesnt have that same sense of wonder and immersion as a modded Oldrim game does. VR technology is just too early to bring a game like Skyrim to its full potential with full wonder and immersion, not to mention VR headset is WAY too hot to wear for more than a hour or two.

i want so badly to play this game and to recommend it but it has no subtitle options and for some reason the voices in this game are not that easy to understand.

I drive a truck for a living, and some people might find it strange that I come back home and essentially play job simulator. But its actually a really fun job. I enjoy ATS because it allows me to enjoy the road without all the annoying hassles of driving IRL like worrying about traffic, following distances, waiting at stop lights, speed limits, etc. It's just pure driving joy with none of the headache. SCS has really poured a lot of labor into ATS since it released. Trucks feel very weighty, graphics are really pretty, sounds have improved considerably. Driving on the highway feels very tranquil, peaceful, and you just lose yourself. I have zero complaints with the game, I just hope they keep adding more and more states. Its a really deep rich game and I love making money and buying more trucks, coloring each one uniquely and investing in a driver that I keep forever. The game esseentially captures all that is great about trucking with none of the annoyances or stupid stuff. It does have all the "simulation" aspects for those of us who want to simulate, like weigh stations, tickets, fines, road rules etc.

It's just freedom at its finest. I love it.

Edit 11/24/23: still the best driving game of all time

Out of the 3, Mass Effect 1 had the greatest skill tree design. It also had the best gun design with the overheating instead of using thermal clips (IMO)

Its the game that started it all. 9 years later and its still an amazing journey, from start to finish. If youve never played this game before I seriously suggest you do so. It becomes part of you.

do yourself a favor and smoke weed if youre playing it for the first time. you see it a whole other way, and that same view follows you infinitely.
