A simple trick that works, to momentarily remove your gag-reflex. The spot right below your lower lip, and above your chin. Press against it with your index finger for 10 seconds. Count them. Then, the small bit of muscle between your thumb and index finger? Press against it on both sides, with your other hands tumb, and index finger. Also for 10 seconds. Count them. Congratulations. Your brain is now distracted enough to forget you have a gag reflex for a while. You're welcome
