Infinite loading screen on launch, unplayable

Edit: Requires changing the game's exe to run as admin to get past the infinite load on launch

Fast-paced, fluid movement shooter with a large variety of weapons and near fully destructible environments with a killer soundtrack and beautiful aesthetic, plus a generous variety of modifiers to increase or decrease difficulty. You can also do a backflip in slow motion and blow someones head off, what's not to love?
