I've played Warframe since its earlier versions back in 2014, and have really enjoyed its development. At this point there is so much game content that there's definitely a learning curve for new players, but in my opinion its wholly worth it.

The story is increasingly deep and the gameplay elements are enjoyable- you run around the solar system as an honorable space ninja with a modded power suit. There are multiple dimensions to play in, expansive terrains, and features to develop your personal character in the online scene. Participating in clans and differentiating yourself with different cosmetics boosts the immersion of the game.

At times it can be kind of a grind to farm for whatever new ingredient you need to craft a gun or warframe, and drops are subject to a ruthless RNG. But overall the experience combines enough arcade, lore, and strategy (mainly through proper use of your frame's abilities to fit a gamemode) to be really enjoyable and I highly recommend it.
