A bit on the early side for a review, but I think its needed.

The game is good. Its not perfect, it has some bugs. Its a bit empty in spaces.
BUT
If you like games like Sessions, or Skater XL, you'll probably dig this. Yeah, its a bit expensive for what it is, but I'll get my moneys worth out of it. It's early access so I expect things to change. I really think the negative comments are a bit much.

Games fun. If you want a bmx game you need to work to get good in, it'll be for you. If you want to jump in and Dave Mirra or Matt Hoffman about without practising, its probably not for you. And that's ok.

Hands down the most fun I've had in a competitive FPS since Brink.
Wait.

No this one is actually good! Its fast and fun. It feels good to move around, wins are feel like they mean something and its all wrapped up in a fast but satisfying game length. I'm excited to spend some more time in this like I did the Alpha/Beta's.

This game is good. Really good. It's very much got that 'one more in game day' thing about it.

The good:
*The gameplay loop is fun, simple and stratifying. You can really get nitty gritty in running your business if you like or you can micromanage the hell out of it.
*It runs fine. I assume they'll optimise more, but it runs good for early access.
*The city is massive and there are SO MANY THINGS to do. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The bad:
*The UI can be finicky when selecting different things. It just feels a bit clunky.
*The intro is pretty dull but I get why it is the way it is. Honestly not sure how you could get it more interesting though.
*It runs fine. I assume they'll optimise more, but it runs good for early access.

Great game. Old school Halo vibes, with portals (and yeah, it works really well once your brain works out how to use them), coupled with short match times (about 5 to 8 minutes).
Lots of fun to be had, but man, they need to update the default skin because IT UUUGLY.

It looks as shallow as a puddle but my god there is so much here. Fantastic if you don't have loads of time, but you'll find yourself working so hard to find a build that works for you. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this is good.

Game is fun as hell. Worth the buy price and great to skate around in and work on an record lines. Buy it, try it.

This is the dwarf fortress of Skateboarding games and I love it. Its very good. Its hard, and the controls are odd, but once they click, you'll understand why they work the way they do.

Games fun and worth the cash. Chuck on some beats and work out a line you wanna hit, then practice practice practice!

A great game. I mean it. The best competitive game on the market.

And now its F2P.. AND has a fantastic new game mode. It's fantastic fun.

It was.. ok?
I don't feel like it did much better then other BR games on the market, and the things it did better then PUBG (Which I stopped playing months ago) still didn't feel that engrossing. The art style is way to bright, less in a cartoon kinda way, more in a everything feel mismatched.

Gunplay feels great! But that's about it. Movement feels stiff, lifeless. You don't feel powerful. Which would be fine, but you also don't feel helpless, which is weird in a BR game. Games are that short that you never really feel like your risking anything going into a fight.

Its not bad. Its just not really good, either. Its ok. I refunded it because its not what I was after, but I hope you guys like it.
