I have 440 hours (paid, not counting my time on the free trial) in this game and I am beyond impressed with it. The graphics, the combat, the plot, and most of all the community. I have never been part of such a kind, welcoming, and helpful community in all my years of gaming and general nerdstuffs. Veterans are gentle with new players, and you are even rewarded for playing alongside new people. The characters are very well written, voice acting is outstanding, overall just a wonderful experience. I recommend this game to everyone I come into contact with.
