A city managment game on mars.. Not sure what most of the other reviewers were expecting, but I feel they didn't do their research before buying the game...

Update:
The post launch content has added a LOT to the game. Seems like every time I think I might be done with the game, they come out with an updated that pulls me right back. They have added many quality of life features in addition to new content. I've completed all the story events in the game now, and am not disappointed. Still recommended...

My #1 game of all time. A perfect blend of story telling, game play mechanics and artistic talent.

Excellent game play, good mechanics. Its like cross between Hotline Miami and Counter Strike. I've been waiting for something like this for long time. I purchased the game at launch, and it was enjoyable enough.

The reason this review is set to Not Recommended is because of one simple setting. FPS cap. At the initial launch of the game there was an option for 120 FPS cap. This was fine but not ideal, considering most gaming monitors hit 144hz. However in a recent update this setting was changed to cap the framerate at only 60 FPS.

Now I wouldn't mind this in just about any indie game, accept this game is basically a twitch shooter, the type of game where a high refresh rate actually matters. Call me a framerate snob if you want, but I just really wanted to enjoy this game and I cant when my expensive monitor feels laggy.

Ill change the review if the framerate is no longer capped. 120 FPS will do, but uncapped is the standard.

Exellent gameplay. Runs very well. Kinda hard in a good way.

Simple to play, hard to master.. Very polished and a great game in general!
