Writing isn't perfect and a lot of animations are dated, but the story is still very interesting and the characters are likable. The choices in this game are mostly on three levels: major choices, minor choices, and dialog choices. Major choices affect large portions of the story involving characters and the environment (you get 4-5 per chapter), Minor choices affect little things in the environment and story (you get 10 or so per chapter), and dialog choices have no effect on the story in most cases but change what dialog you hear. On top of all this, there are a lot of little time travel puzzles that are pretty fun and the selling point of the game. Overall I'd say its worth its price and maybe a little more, as long as you understand you're mostly buying an interactive 6 hour movie (if you speed through it).

This game is incredible.

There are guns and shooting in it but its mostly a batman-type game in terms of combat with fistfighting and kicking and stuff, in a world similar to a GTA or Saints Row. Its based on multiple gangs located in Hong Kong. What separates this game from most GTA-type third person shooters/fighters, however, is how immersive the world is relative to the others. Something about how the game is designed makes it feel like you're constantly progressing and finding more and more features as you play, which is exactly what you need. Personally, I liked GTA V but most of its bragging rights went to things like a virtual strip club, golfing, and other minigames which are fun but gimmicky. Most of the side missions and minigames in this are always fun, like the Fight Clubs.

On top of this, the DLC is great but not really worth the price, in my opinion. If this Definitive Edition is on sale, buy it. If not, I wouldn't fully recommend buying it at full price. However, it still holds up incredibly as a game even 5 years after its release, so it's really up to you if you have money to drop.

If you are to get any DLC's in particular, make sure to get the "Zodiac Tournament" one, which is quite short but some of the most fun you'll have playing this.

The storyline is what you'd expect from a game like this, I personally don't get invested in video game plots but this one had some minor twists that were pretty fun.


Basically, if you like fighting game combat (the closest thing i can compare it to is batman but that's not a perfect comparison) and open world games like gta and saints row, buy the definitive edition on sale.

Pretty much everyone who plays this game and gives it a negative review has 100+ hours in it. It's a fun game, ignore the bs.

Great third person shooter with good story.

Immensely fun stealth game with good story. I reccommend purchasing at whatever price is available, full price is most definitely worth it.

This is a copy of overwatch with a few different abilities and characters. Play it for free before it gets sued
