I found the purchasing process manageable. It's a bummer the support teams will be tied up with account issues for the foreseeable future. Go to their website, pay for the game, copy the steam code, paste it into the steam code redemption. It's very simple, and I'm more than happy to give a development team such as GGG direct funding. I'll even go a step further, by saying that I love how everything is actually set up. I was able to pay GGG directly for 100% of the asking price, and play the game on steam.

It's obvious GGG will make this game great, so I will leave gameplay feedback to other people since I love what I've got so far. If you haven't tried the game, wait until more classes get added (probably jan-feb), so that you will have a product of objectively higher value than Diablo 4, a similar but worse game with more than double the price tag.
