At first things seemed grim, potential sandwich requestees would fire first, inspect body and sign later.

Most would still shoot me, then come over to read my sign, a few caught on and urged others to listen, but to no avail.
Day 3 as a sandwich dispenser in Team Fortress 2.
Over the course of 2 hours, gradually potential sandwich requestees learned and went from carefully approaching me and then beating me into a squishy pulp with rakes and flopping fish, to coming to me requesting sandwiches when they were in a dire situation and forcefully removing any of those that would otherwise harm the sandwich dispenser.
Day 4 as a sandwich dispenser in Team Fortress 2.
