When you start querying the Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) System, follow these steps:


1. Take slow, deep breaths: Try inhaling deeply through your nose, holding for a moment, and then exhaling slowly through your mouth.

2. Remind yourself that it will pass: Keep in mind that this feeling is temporary and will eventually subside.

3. Visualize something calming: Picture a peaceful scene or think of something that makes you happy to help shift your focus.

4. Remember it's not life-threatening: Reassure yourself that while it feels intense, a panic attack is not physically dangerous.
