So far has been a very good port with some minor issues, which I hope get patched.

The game seems to work with PS4 controller, but still uses Xbox icons. The button layout is also strangely flipped, where normally Xbox "A" would be Playstaion "X", "A" instead mapped to the "O" button. So basicly, if you are using a PS4 controller the button inputs are flipped (X and O, Triangle and Square, L1 and L2, R1 and R2, Share and Option). D-pad and analog stick are fine. If you have trouble opening trapped chests with a PS4 controller, try thinking of a Nintendo controller button layout instead of an Xbox.

The game also seems to have some horrible screen tearing, but thankfully that is fixed with V-sync option.

Though, one last major issue... The Anti-Aliasing set to high seems to slow the game down in large areas. This is especially apparent in the main town, Mac Anu. This does not seem to be a frame rate drop, but instead everything just moving twice as slow. I suggest keeping AA to medium setting.

Pretty solid tactics game. Surprisingly decent story and most of the voice acting is good. The art is pretty rough, though the game is very reminisce of old school games like Baldur's Gate.

Initially, you can choose from one of 5 heroes at the start, but you can unlock the others as you play. The game does have a premium currency called Radiance, and can be purchased with real money. But, you can aquire Radiance for free fairly easily simply by playing the game. No daily cap, and is given at a reasonable rate.

Still haven't finished the story yet, but I am enjoying it so far.

I really loved Grandia 2 when I played it on PS2, despite the excessive slowdown. It's good to see a port of it on PC with sharper visuals.

Though I have encountered some bugs. For some reason, the game won't detect my Logitec controller, eventhough its switched to xBox mode, but the config menu will detect it. Also, in the beginning of the game I encountered a bug in the first fight with Millenia. She is supposed to cast Zap and kill you, but she never does. She just keeps casting the attack down spell until her mana runs out, and then proceeds to physical attack you until you die, which gives you a game over.

Apparently, this bug has to do with the tutorial NPC. So, if you MUST see the tutorial stuff, SAVE and then talk to him and reload after you view it. DO NOT TALK TO THE TUTORIAL NPC AND CONTINUE AS IT WILL CAUSE BUGS!
