Hi, i have problem with DD1 cuz achivements on steam does not pop up, and they are still locked

They're normal patches to the game. The CDT makes updates but Trendy must approve and publish them, so they're technically official patches.

do community updates get automatically installed by steam or do you have to do something special like with the borderlands 2 community updates?

No. Even when we're ready to release, we can't say when very precisely because it all depends on when the person at Trendy who makes the builds has time to do them.
