this game has a such a great beginning, it starts so smooth and fresh and i loved it right

then in the middle it was a bit questionable, but i was ready to forgive

AND THEN THE FREAKING MINE LEVEL HAPPENED AND THE PERSON WHO DECIDED IT'D BE COOL TO MAKE U GO BACK TO THE FIRST LANTERN AFTER DYING ON THE LAST ONE IS PROBABLY ONE OF THESE WEIRD LIZARD PEOPLE WHO CONTROL GOVERMENT I SWEAR

so, mines are done, can i have fun now just like in the beggining? NAH JUST GO TO THIS STOOPID SWAMP AND FIGHT SHREK LADIES BECAUSE THIS IS THEIR SWAMP! THEN GO HIDE FROM MARIA BUT GUESS WHAT SHE CAN SEE U THROUGH THE WALL HAHA BLIND LADY GOES BRRRRRRR

overall the story is a bit obvious but still dope, i enjoyed watching my endings and then going to yt to watch other ones because i am not replaying this game. ever.

okok, i still do reccomend it because i'm kind and don't want to ruin positive reviews stat. but it's only worth it with a big discount. prepare for a bit of butt flame and many facepalms :)

aight, now seriosly. the only reasons i ended this game were:
1) my obsessive brain that makes me end every game i start
2) hydropolis (best location AND best soundtrack in the whole game)
3) leander (god knows id marry him)
only get it if ur ready for stupid quests aka "bring me this thing that is literally in the next building". no, u cant avoid these quests, u will have to make a ton of them in order to complete the main story
overall this game is adorable, naive and a bit dull. some of the side stories hit me much harder than the main one
if i ever have kids i will surely make them to play this game to prepare them for dragon age grind

annual dbd review update: no matter how hard i try to get back into this game because a lot of my friends are into it, nothing just works. pls devs u can do it i belive in u (a bit) 🙏

this game is a pure magic. it’s the biggest cup of warm sweet tea that you make for yourself when it’s storming outside. it’s a blanket, the coziest blanket ever, so-so soft and so-so comfy that it makes you feel safe.
every second of rakuen is filled with love – friends love, family love, partners love, love for the whole world. all of the stories the game tells are so simple, but that is exactly what makes them real. all of the characters (even if at first they look grumpy and isolated) have something to share with you and the more you get to know of their hopes, dreams and regrets the more you want to hug each one of them.
if you’re a grown-up but still curious of everything kid, if you believe in magic, if you have this huge amount of unconditional love inside of you – you absolutely have to play this game! it’s worth every second i’ve spent on it and i’m sure that i will play it again.
because a hug and a little bit of magic is all i need when it’s storming outside 💛
