While I did enjoy this game, especially the small details in the graphics such as the brains sliding down the walls, any aspect of potentially horrifying situations and the game's difficulty is left trembling in fear of the dodge mechanic and the 1 v 1 oriented combat. Dodging and the same combos are the bread and butter to this game but it gets tedious from time to time due to the simplicity. Solid 9 or so hour campaign, so you either love or hate the combat.

Had this game made the combat able to freely flow from enemy to enemy and combined that with situations where you are being overwhelmed with numerous enemies I would have a little less buyer's remorse at full price.

I still think it is an enjoyable game but it feels more like a game I would wait to go on sale. Not much of a point of playing it more than twice in it's current state, looking forward to seeing what the season pass has to offer that will keep me coming back to this game.

Overall it does a great job of throwing in that last circle feel of a battle royale, often times making the better plan to wait for the other two teams to engage first while your team storms objective instead. Overall the game could use some hefty polish as every action from reloads to gunplay to running seems to lack weight, making it feel lackluster. Time to kill feels like a good sweet spot currently, like a good mix of siege and call of duty. Overall it's a fun, solid shooter, especially for a f2p model. Don't listen to the negative reviews, judge it for yourself, I had fun and will put more hours into it. Fingers crossed the devs will polish the hell out of it and I'll sink money into it.

Overall the game plays wonderfully, I waited until they patched out the majority of the bugs before buying. There are many things to love about this game from a story perspective but there are a lot of mechanics that are wonky and simply just don't make sense such as the swimming and the inability to climb out, also, heavily lacks in the climbing department, the camera work is horrendous and startling often times ruining what could have been an amazing moment, they definitely could have done smoother transitions not so zoomed in on the characters faces and captured much more emotion and less transition shock. Hopefully these are all things they will change in the second one.
A solid game but not a great one, would definitely recommend buying on sale or after price reduction.

Each play-through is different. You could literately put 1,000's of hours into this and it's never the same. EVER.
