Game needs some more work, things worked okay until later in the game.

Seems like there's almost too much going on for the game to process so things start not working properly or not showing up. I had a perfect run going of letting in 0 infected somewhere past 15 days. Then one day I had a really weird amount of people showing no symptoms at all, only for the night to pass and find that one had a bite mark (one of the most obvious symptoms in the game) and the other had multiple obvious symptoms like puss coming from the nose and eyes. These were not visible on the models at all, so I let them through and it ruined my run. This may be an anecdotal issue, but still ruined my game just trying to do everything right.

Other bugs like the random zombie showing up or the "poor inspection" (which might be related to symptoms not showing) really make this game seem a little undercooked. Probably going to put it away until further updates.

Update: Tried playing endless mode, the nearly same issue popped up again where a survivor showed no symptoms yet the next day they turned with very obvious symptoms like red bruising, bloody mouth, and necrosis.

I feel like BF sucked so hard with 2042 that when they released this game people had forgotten how good BF used to be. This game looks like BF3/BF4 and sometimes it nails the feel, but overall I get the feeling its just trying to take advantage of new age players who are leaving CoD.

The campaign is bad, the story is bad. Fighting PMCs is such a dumb concept, but I guess its hard to make up fake wars with real countries when there's real wars going on.

The gunplay feels fake and the destruction is lame, nothing like BF1/BFV.

This game is okay at best and its amazing that we finally have a BF release that's not broken (something that should be normal). Its just pretending to be a return to form for BF and Im just not buying it.

I wish they wouldve just put the road building mechanics into SnowRunner. I'll still play it just for that, but otherwise this game lacks so much of what the Runner games had that made them good.

Still sucks to play solo, lights are for sweats, meds are for nobodies, and heavies are for braindeads. Theres something off about this game I just dont know what these days. Still fun sometimes.

Improvement over previous 2 games with more content to come in future add-ons, obviously.
War is way more fun due to commander system

Pretty much every civ game has been ♥♥♥♥ on at release for not being an exact copy of the previous entry with minor improvements. This one is fresh and its fine.

Idk man, I had no hype or expectation for this game and I haven't even played squad yet (even though I own it) but as a dude who's just into WW2 I love it. I don't even do that good, I die a lot, but I enjoy the experience of just trying to survive engagements. Sometimes squads are great, sometimes they don't even talk, but most times I'm cool with just trying to move with squadmembers and take points. As far as the game being in beta it's really not that bad, bugs are present sure and destructible enviroments would be nice but its just a pleasant experience if you want a realism driven WW2 multiplayer fps.
