Yes, there is a mod for that called Elys Community Uncapper: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1175/?

It is fully compatible with all my mods. The readme for Elys Community Uncapper will show you how to disable skill progression for the skills you don't want to level up. All you need to do is open the config file and place a "0" next to the related skills you don't want.

Hey Syclonix..in first I would like to give you a big thanks you for this great mods adds to the comunity..realy gj man..1 question though ... do you think it would be a way (mod) for Skyrim to have the battle in TURN BASED style or ROUND BASED style ? ... there is, something like this RBC - (Round Based Combat) from DOOM guy but it has a lot of bugs ... I got in touch with the him but do not answer at all .. what you say ? :-P could you please do, and create this, if you have time, of course ?

Hi there! I would like to release a compatibility patch for my overhaul mod and CCO for Skyrim Special Edition. To sum up my work, I put classic elder scrolls attributes back into Skyrim, and the compatibility patch would make it so that instead of choosing health, magicka, or stamina as a favored attribute, a player can select one of the classic attributes to be favored. I had to modify one of your scripts to make that work, which is why I'm asking permission to post the patch on the nexus. I think you'll appreciate what I've done. Hi Auditore, nothing personal but you have multiple unactivated wins (Medal of Honor, Garry's Mod, Rig and Roll). I didn't report it, but you would normally get suspended for not activating wins, so make sure you do. I've un-blacklisted you. Merry Christmas :)

@syclonix: I know its possible to mod on console versions, but there are limitations on them. I'm not sure how to check what they are though.

Hey Friend. I love your mod, it adds a lot to the game and makes me actaully want to make new characters. Could you make a PS4 Special addition random alternate start mod? I bought the SE for PS4 and I've been dying to make a second character but without Random Alternate Start, it doesnt feel the same.
