So what can I say to get you to play Fallout: New Vegas? To be honest I didn't much like the game when I first tried to play through it. But I eventually picked it back up because a friend wanted to try it out.

I couldn't be happier that I came back to this game. The story, the world, the gameplay, are all fantastic. There were very few complaints after I got into the game.

Some pros:
-Play any type of character you want, the freedom to be a paragon of justice, a mercenary, a post-nuclear roman soldier, etc;
-Gunplay is fun and satisfying which is accentuated by the VATS system
-Story is fantastic, you can take multiple directions to end the game with.
-Definately one of the best Fallout games available and a great one to enter the series with

Some cons:
-Some things aren't explained particularly well towards the beggining of the game
-The Strip, New Vegas, the name sake of the game is fairly dissapointing
-Theres one part where a dog could die(definately a con ;P)

Pick this game up if you want to experience an enjoyable stroll through post-nuclear Nevada or simply want to try out Fallout.
