The graphics in these cut scenes might actually be better than real life

This might be the actual greatest game I've ever played (barring the technical issues like stuttering at launch, which have been mostly sorted out now for me).

Angry man learns to be a good dad.

I'm glad this finally came to PC and I can play it for myself. Well-optimized and runs pretty flawlessly on my system. Everyone and their mom already knows how good this game is, genuinely a masterpiece.

Kisara simulator 2021, very good game

This is a return to form for the LiS series, and I enjoyed this one a lot!

Pros:

- Definitely the best looking LiS game, you can see how they improved the graphics in all aspects: lighting, better textures, more realistic motion capturing, facial expressions. It lost some of the claymation type look of previous LiS games but kept its distinct style and charm.

- The characters here are the most relatable, mature, and least cringey out of all the LiS games. In particular, I think Alex and Gabe are really great. I'm an asian guy who has lived in the places this fictional town is based on, so it was nice to see the representation, although people in small-town Colorado were not nearly as nice to me in real life haha

- Story has returned to the "small-town, supernatural powers" setting that made LiS1 great. It works and while it has some flaws (imperfect pacing, some story filler, a bit short), it's good enough.

Cons:

- Price is high for what some people would expect to get from a game. LiS games have been steadily increasing in price, and while I do think the quality has gone up here, it's still tough to justify full price for a 12 hour game. But if you think of it like a drawn out interactive movie, it could be alright.

I had to change my pants many times. Whether it was because of happiness or fear, I will not say. Alright, it was both. Great game.
