Great story, great sniping mechanics. That's all this game really needs.
Great game especially for the 8€ during summer sale. Would even recommend it for the 20€ if you're into sneaking and blowing off heads from 500m away.

Things that bother me are mostly equipment and weapons. NVG's are pretty much useless, can't see any better with them. Lasers don't work that good either. You can't use the historic rifles you're able to find. And then the most annoying part, sniper rifles. It looks like the devs haven't spent enough time researching rifles and calibers. It just doesn't ad up to me that only thing more powerful than a 7.62x54 M110 is a 50.cal. Bolt action .338 rifles deal half less damage than the M110, which is kind of annoying. It isn't gamebreaking but I still hate to see it every time I unlock a new rifle and realize that the M110 beats it in every category :(

This game really has the feeling of pushing the enemy, as you command your troops forward and fight in the battle you sent them to. Recoil and bulletspread is great in my opinion, as the rounds don't always go excatly where you aim with an smg, but a sturdy rifle never misses the spot. It takes some effort to destroy tanks etc.
