(I played this game through the Tale of Two Wastelands Mod for Fallout: New Vegas, so my playtime isn't accurate and is closer to 120-ish hours.)

That said, this game ROCKS... for the most part. I mean, about 80% of the writing is kind of stupid. The main story is awful, and the majority of quests are either nonsensical or just poorly executed, further showcasing why Bethesda never really understood Fallout or its tone. However, considering this is their first adaptation of the franchise, it's more understandable.

The DLC lineup is also pretty mediocre. Point Lookout stands out as the exception, offering an eerie atmosphere and some solid storytelling. The rest? Forgettable at best, and in the case of The Pitt, downright awful.

Fallout 3 has absolutely aged like a milk-wine concoction: there's still some fermentation, but a hint of curdling (from... the milk). 7/10.

Eh, it's not bad by any metric and it really carriers that "finale" esc atmosphere throughout the whole DLC, That final showdown with Ulysses at the end is incredibly badass.

But at the same time ED-E's pathfinding is really weird sometimes & if you are playing an explosives build, Rockets Red Glare is stupidly underwhelming even fully upgraded by the time you're expected to play the DLC.

It's still good though, bear bull bear bull.

8/10, Great finale to arguably the greatest game ever made.

GOATED, STRAIGHT GOATED.
Big MT is easily one of the coolest places in the entire Fallout franchise, and the whole big bang theory aesthetic completely rocks. If there's any DLC I emplore you to play, it's 100% this one.

10/10, Always the highlight of my playthroughs.

Zion is really pretty, but in my opinion the writing is really shallow & the main quest is frankly boring when compared to the other DLCs.

I almost always skip Honest Hearts in my subsequent playthroughs because of how much of a slog it is to play.

4/10, Feels like Fallout 3.

I remember playing the PS3 port of this game while eating Subway and listening to my parents argue in the background like 8 years ago
