I used to love this game, but I can't recommend it any more. It had everything it needed for a fun experience, and yet for some reason instead of adding content they just keep changing it for no reason. Somehow despite all of the changes, performance gets worse and bugs become more and more numerous. It is painful trying to get all of the controllers connected and controls set when playing the game with friends.

I have been playing since literally the first release of the game, and they have actually removed some great content. I remember there was a map full of physics ideas and tests that I thought would be implemented into other maps, but it was all removed. The climbing, punching, and knockout systems have been reworked multiple times for absolutely no reason, only making the gameplay more and more clunky. The devs seem to be on a mission to remove all fun from the game. It is honestly one of the greatest dissappointments in gaming that I have ever seen.

Brawlhalla is an amazing game. Not only is the game fun and competitive, it also has a great team working to make it the best game it can be. I have never seen an online game with such a receptive and friendly developer team. It seems like every problem with the game is addressed as soon as possible. If you're looking for a fun casual game to play with friends, or a fast paced competitive brawler, this game is for you.
