CS2 Review:

Better hit detection, better visuals, generally better game function in the base game without additional clients.

The concerns are mostly to do with anti-cheat, the terribly bad economy, bad MR12.

Would I rather play all rounds in an MR15 with the old CS:GO systems, or play MR12 CS2 with the new economy? I'd take CS:GO every day.

Would I rather play any given round of matchmaking on CS:GO or CS2? I'm taking CS2. The game simply works better second to second, even if round to round it's completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Am I going to play it much, no, they haven't added cl_righthand 0 still and I'm not playing with my gun on the right.

L4D2 is a very racist game. It depicts minorities as an infinately better alternative to god's people, or white folks. Coach and Rochelle, 2 negros, used their voodoo witch doctor ♥♥♥♥ to resurrect a horde of zombies, who, you guessed it, are mainly white. Valve is a bunch of black, secret muslims who hate white people, and propagate their agendas by making this game. This whole racist, horrid, package is extremely offensive, and i would not purchase it under any circumstances!

Holy ♥♥♥♥ what the ♥♥♥♥ happened. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! Its supposed to be a game about conquering a planet, but now its literally just rust with fancy physics. What happened man?

Hotline miami is one of the best games of 2012, despite being released late in the year. It is also my favorite top-down action game ever.

Don your mask and slaughter everyone in a level, while listening to the best soundtrack of 2012. Unravel a story told in an imaginative way, and relish in the most satasfying killing that you will experience for a long time.

The best of the DOTA's and MOBA's by far. Surpasses league of legends and HON, as well as adding to the already brilliant DOTA. I love this game, and i want everyone else to love it too. MSG me for a free key if you dont already have one.

This game has worked its way into my top 5 favorite games, and earned its spot in my heart. Hopefully valve dosent ♥♥♥♥ it up!

I posted this several years ago. Unfortunately, Valve has done nothing but ♥♥♥♥ the game up since their jump to Source 2.

Everything that I once enjoyed about the game has been changed, and mostly for the worse. The game isn't nearly as tactical or hard hitting as it once was, and has devolved to basically a mosh pit fight, with a constant spam of proximity based gold. Sacrifices have been made to make the games shorter, and they don't nicely develop over 40-50 minutes as they once did. Playstyle expression is way down since the time of my review, when coordinated teamfighting, split pushing, and 4 protect 1 were all valid and placing at events. The style is more consistent now, where everyone needs to flash farm, then fight 4+ vs 4+ within a few minutes, and repeat until the game ends. Hard support and hard carry feel very weird, with support paradoxically feeling less like a support of old, and more like a gimped core with a stun, except for the constant teamfighting leading to way more death screen waiting than before. Exp and gold have been rebalanced so the hard farming styles aren't as viable, and you won't see alchemist farm their team back into a game or an anti mage doing a burning impression. This is somehow supposed to make these roles more enjoyable... Somehow(?). Couriers are now given to every hero for free, and upgrade on their own, so courier pickoffs, or coordinated bottle crows have way less impact. This is something that everyone mocked in Strife, and yet we now have it here in DotA. The map was reworked and improved in 2015, with the repositioned Rosh pit being the most visible change, but it's been constantly reworked since to be completely foreign. The jungle redesigns especially have hit the game hard. Items that were emblematic of the game for years(IE Mek) are basically nerfed out of the game except for on niche heroes. Speaking of heroes, the game is several shades brighter than the OG Source version, and pretty much all the new additions look extremely jarring and weird next to the older alumni.

Even little things like the effort put into cosmetic items, or the texture/feel of tournament events have changed considerably, and feel very bland compared to what we once had. There are very few ways that this game has improved, and for the most part, it's just gotten worse. It's still not a 'bad' game by any means, but it's one that I occasionally play, instead of the game that I used to obsess about every hour, and spend all my free time on(I have easily double this shown play time). Even calling it DotA 2 just feels weird, none of the DotA DNA is left.

If you're interested in ARTS type games, or want something to play after HoN, maybe try it, but I've heard there are a few things coming down the pipe that might interest you more.

This is one of the cheapest, best, and smartest buys on steam. For only 15 dollars, you get one of the best 3rd person shooters ever made, a great community, and innovative matchmaking. I give this game 9.5/10, and i can not recommend it enough for fans of shooting games!

I Give This Game 1/10, because it gave me a laugh. This game is really ♥♥♥♥! It has a VERRY generic number of maps and modes. There are the generic cargo ship maps(which are in every f2p shooter), the cs rip-off modes, and really crappy graphics. The game is worse than most f2p korean shooters(that koreans don't even play). THE DEVS WERE SO LAZY THAT THEY USED ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ JPEGS FOR IRON SIGHTS! This game is ♥♥♥♥, and only slightly better than Combat Arms. If you could chose a bullet to the head, or an f2p korean shooter, play AVA. If you can't, take the shot to the head. It will be quicker and less painfull!
