I don't have many hours in this game. I always disliked BRs and it only got interesting to me when I got to knew all those different movement techs. It would definitely annoy me way more when started playing way earlier.

But why can't I have my movement when 'controller can have their aim-assist.
I was impressed how much the game was in harmony when dealing with 2 different inputs, MnK and 'roller.
Their decision is just wrong, but what do you do when PC with MnK is the minor platform. Even MnK pros want to switch to controller and that's saying something.

Over time DBD gotten in such a rough state.
Now with the recent update to UE5, that just hits the nail on the coffin.
BHVR rather pump out broken updates and DLC, over maintaining what they already released. And this has been like that for years. Now there is so much sh*t in this game, no wonder killers get kill-switched for over 2 months. They just can't keep up or simply don't care anymore.

Their priorities are all over the place. They rather meet a rushed deadline and partner with the most useless companies, just to keep some stats up. The devs don't play the game or know whats best for it, so they have to listen to the people in the community who yell and cry the loudest. With a direction like that the game is just doomed. I'm surprised their core game mechanics from 2016 carried the game this far when every other game they published completely flopped.

I am not surprised that with the recent update and engine "upgrade" the game is currently so broken. DBD needed so much else stuff to fix first. With every update something completely else broke and it has been like that for years. Why would you ever think that upgrading to UE5 would now be a great time. With their pipeline you can just not expect, that they build and clear up their code for UE5. Probably just copy-pasted their spaghetti code and called it a day. It will take them years to clean up every issue that UE5 will cause. How much more can their PR tank? :skull:
