This game is a 10/10. I had my eye on it for a couple months and then it was a free game on the Epic Games Store. If like me, you played this game first on Epic and then bought it on Steam, then you may have noticed that the save file is shared, no matter the platform you play it on. At first I said "Nice! I get to keep my progress" but oh boy... that is a problem if you're into steam achievements.

So here's the fix. You need to disable Steam Cloud on Steam's settings. Then you need to delete the following folder from your system:

C:\Users\Your user name\AppData\LocalLow\PlaySide Studios\KILL KNIGHT

Once that's done, you may close steam. Open Steam again, look for KILL KNIGHT and click on "PLAY". You'll see that the game will be fresh from the very start and you should be able to unlock any achievements that you had already unlocked during the time you played it through Epic Games.

Enjoy! This game is such a joy to play with a DualSense to me.

This game is a 10/10 in its genre. It was very entertaining when it debuted last year in early access. Now you get three "characters" or "suits" to play as and they have turned what was already an addicting game into a more enjoyable experience overall.

The music is excellent! Can't really get enough of that metal tune, the drums mostly when the swarm waves attack you... will make you bob your head to the music and will give you a very nice dose of endorphin haha. Get it now!

EDIT as 9/20/2024: So I got myself a very nice 27 inch 1440p monitor and the game looks amazing! In regards to what I previously mentioned in this short review, I can add that using frame generation is not ideal since it will increase latency considerably and you'll get killed a lot. I suggest playing this game on High with the FSR on but not Frame Gen.

The game is amazing but hear me out. If you have a big 1080p display (Mine is 32 inches)... the game WILL NOT look like it does on the videos, it will look pixeled out and overall blurry. It ran at over 100 fps in some maps with setting on EPIC (with FSR3 on Quality and Frame Generation ON) Loved the game but I had to ask for a refund. Won't be able to play it properly until I upgrade my monitor to a 1440p one.

Great for working from home!

Excelente! Para los amantes del Battle Royale, Warzone 2.0 mejora mucho la formula del primer juego. Se siente más "realista" para lo que usualmente es Call of Duty.

Para los que lloran que el juego no arranca o que les da crash... quizás necesiten una nueva PC o más memoria RAM.

Awesome PvP Survival Game. Not for crybabies. Hardcore and beautiful game.

Game is perfect if you like Mobile games of the kind (Clash Royale or WWII Road to Valor).

Hunt is absolutely a MUST to any PC gamer with a nice rig. (November 30th, 2019)

Hunt: Showdown 1896 is AMAZING. The new map is unbelievable, so faithful to details from natural landscapes (they definitely took a hint from RDR2 color palette and mountain range scenario) Many cannot get over the new UI and all they'll do in every single place like reddit, facebook, twitter... you name it... they b1tch and moan about it. I'm sure it will be fixed into something nice eventually.

The game is in its best state, it feels so fresh with the new map and updated graphics engine.
Do yourself a favor and play it.
