Spent 3 hours in character creation, loaded in then proceeded to fall off a cliff in my first minute of gameplay. I have never felt more stressed in my entire life.

getting addicted to ESO in the big year of 2024 wasn't on this years bingo card list, yet here we are.

it's a dress up game and dating simulator disguised as an RPG, 10/10

brilliant visual novel unlike any other i've played of its kind. choices actually have consequences and impact the story enough that it will make for a worthwhile replay or two...(or five). plenty of spooks to be had all round too!

characters are relatable and have depth rather than just feeling like a sidekick for the MC. I appreciate the diversity and the simple but ever important small details such as choosing the main characters pronouns.

my only gripe is the fact i'm impatient and I just cant wait for the conclusive chapters so i can play it all over again. overall I highly recommend scarlet hollow and cant wait to see more from the devs!

as a fan of the wizarding world since childhood, this game is everything I hoped for and more (and I feel I've barely scratched the surface!)
