A bit rough around the edges, but when it comes together it's really cool. It feels like a PS2-era platformer, but way more epic in terms of visual scope... in a good way? Definitely worth checking out if you miss games from that time.

A truly beautiful game with a neat and well-executed core mechanic. I really liked that each level felt unique from the last and they often introduced new twists to the gameplay.

Awesome game for an awesome price. Tons of content. Perfect for when you want 10-15 minutes of gaming just like What the Golf. This is a great reminder that we need more silly games.

I feel sad that I didn't get around to playing this game on release knowing now that it won't get a sequel- it's absolutely fantastic. I fell in love with the gameplay loop of hub exploration, going on missions, and interacting with your team. I know some may find the writing corny, but I liked that the game wore its heart on its sleeve. The animations for the combat are really impressive and there are is staggering number of unique ones across all the heroes. I am not a card game fan but they made it really approachable and kept the mechanics and rules clear. I highly recommend picking up the Legendary edition that includes the Season Pass. The quality and amount of content would easily pass for a full-fledged expansion. Each new hero comes with 3 story missions complete with unique battlefields and cutscenes and they all build up to a big narrative finale/mission. Some of the best cinematography/animation was in this content!

This game is so good I bought it a second time on Steam which meant starting over from 0 and played another 96.7 hours when I finally wrote this review. It is perfect marriage of simulation and arcade elements in a racing game. It runs spectacularly well and looks magnificent. Do not miss adding this to your library before the licensing expires and they remove it from the store!

If you liked the first game, I can't imagine not loving this prequel. They fleshed out the story of Chloe and Rachel in a wonderful way that only strengthens the narrative in LIS1. Do not skip the Bonus Episode! It broke me emotionally in the best way. It speaks to the power storytelling in games that they can make us feel so much.

I can't believe it's been almost ten years since I played the original release, but man does this story hold up. It was such a pleasure to revisit and realize just how much I had forgotten. They took some big swings and I felt like the ending I chose was a perfect finish to the journey. This is still very worth playing today.

It's not perfect, but if you are in the mood for a shooter and like fantasy this fits the bill quite nicely. The game is really meaty too. I enjoyed exploring the areas to find the challenge rooms and upgrades. This is the type of game that makes you wonder how good a sequel could be if they took the feedback from this one and really cooked.

This is actually pretty fun? My biggest complaint is that the mission types get repetitive pretty quickly, but playing as Deadshot felt great and the story kept me interested the whole way through.

This game holds up fantastically. It is so good on the Steam Deck (I used Proton Experimental with zero crashes and a locked 60 fps at 1600p downsampled). The gameplay is tight and satisfying. The levels are perfectly paced and the progression of more advanced enemies combined with new abilities makes for a satisfying difficulty curve.
