This is fantastic co-op survival game with a mysterious world that's fun to explore and a great focus on gameplay over visual fidelity. It really scratches that nostalgia itch while being something entirely new!

If you're looking for an authentic D&D experience in video game form I don't think you'll find better than this.

Open world Dark Souls.

What an excellent game. It seems to have struck the perfect balance between exploration, survival, and base building. It's awesome playing this with friends as you don't need to constantly be doing the same thing at all times. Everyone can be off doing their own thing most of the time and then come together to take on the harder challenges. Highly recommended.

If you have VR this is a must own. Incredibly fun and the perfect VR game to demo to friends who aren't familiar with VR because it is just so accessible and easy to understand. I highly recommend looking into how to setup custom songs as there are so many great ones out there.

The game is free so there's no cost to you if you're curious about it BUT I found this game very disappointing as it looks incredible and I do enjoy puzzle-adventure games. Unfortunately the puzzles in this game are incredibly obtuse. In a good puzzle game you know what problem you are trying to solve and then spend time thinking about solutions. In this game there is so little communicated about what you are trying to accomplish that you spend most of your time trying to click on everything just to find the puzzle instead of trying to find a solution to a puzzle.

I hope this team keeps making games because the art and polish is there. They just need design better puzzles or perhaps find better ways to communicate what the puzzles are.

A 2D love letter to Dark Souls with a surprisingly satisfying Metroidvania exploration layer in the form of "Brands". My only complaint is it does a poor job of explaining some of the core concepts (also true for Dark Souls) and you almost need to refer to a wiki to understand how core concepts like Sanctuaries and Creeds work.

Excellent Metroidvania with a extremely well developed world and lore. Tons of cool places to explore and items to find and interesting enemies to kill. My only complaint is the lackluster platforming - it's serviceable, but by far the weakest part of an otherwise amazing game.

A quirky, refreshing narrative RPG with a focus on story and characters. I hope we see more games like this in the future.
