Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is just more of the same if you are looking to play more BL3 with a fantasy element to it. That's not really a bad thing since BL3 was a blast to play. This is just more of the same with some added stuff so it doesn't feel exactly like a BL3 extended DLC.
It does add a lot of interesting stuff to the overall game-play. Guns feel powerful and the classes and being able to multi class is just a really fun addition to the game.
Game-play is Solid. If you just want more Borderlands loot and shoot action, pick this game up (preferably on sale.)

What really let me down was the humor, story, character writing, and overall vibe of the story. It's a bit weird that your Bunker and Badasses mates don't have a character of their own and they just tell the player what to do with some VERY lame banter. It was really hard to connect with them since they were just disembodied voices with no way to interact with them. I can't believe they were able to make Andy Samberg lame and boring.

The side quests don't really have any humor or wittyness to them. I especially hated the Witcher quest where they just made Garret to be an asshat and that's the joke. That whole story-line just felt like someone who hated the witcher wanted to spite witcher fans.

The main storyline was also very boring. It had no payoff, no suspense, nothing. It's just Tina being the worst kind of DM and never really getting punished for it. She never learned to let her players do the storytelling and rolling with the punches. No one really grows as characters in the story as well. The main bad guy has no payoff to him as well.

There are some pretty alright jokes and jabs to TTRPG and D&D tropes, but it was pretty few and far between.
I was also disappointed that there wasn't a lot of returning characters in this game. I was really waiting for Mordecai but he never shows up, or anybody else other than Brick and Mr. Torgue.


Overall and TL;DR:
Great gameplay and graphics, horrible everything else. Pick it up when it's on sale.
