1. Whisk together two eggs, a cup of flour and a cup of milk.
2. Add a tablespoon of sugar, some vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
3. Stir the mixture until it's smooth.
4. Cook in round portions in a frying pan.
5. Serve rolled with dulce de leche (lemon and sugar also work)
6. Enjoy!
