I have a hundred steam games, played some more non steam games, and have went through stacks of console games that are longer than a Tyrannasaurous Rex's penis, and out of all these games, Dishonored still stands to be my favorite. Although the game may be short, I feel like this is a good thing as the game is so good it makes you want to replay, and as you replay thhe game you get to experience new things you never experienced on your first playthrough, whether it be your first time shoving a knife in a guards neck, or your first time sparing your main targets, the gameplay stays fresh whenever you replay the game. One thing that disappointed me with this game is the lack of stealth equipment, as your arsenal is quite low for stealth, and it makes the stealth route less appealing, however the stealthing itself, and the mechanics of it are really nice and make it enjoyable for me. If you enjoy murdering everyone in sight then this game will make you very happy as there are so many creative ways to kill people using the supernatural arsenal of corvo, when someone shoots you, you can freeze time, put them in front of their own bullet, then after their dead summon a swarm of rats to clean up for you. The story, although being short is really good, especially since the choices you make directly change the story, and you progreesively see the choices you make changing the environment around you, making you feel more connected to the choices you decided to make in game. I bought this game around when it came out and it went on sale for 30$, the prices has obviously dropped since then, but I feel I have gotten way more then my money's worth, and I guarantee your money would not be misplaced upon buying this game
