Fun game for the couple of hours it takes to finish. Contains some surprising game styles. D-pad control support would be highly appreciated for the game types where a control stick doesn't work as well.

Don't let the limited amount of gameplay and images deter you. The game can't show off much without giving things away. It's bascially a metroidvania where you get stronger by learning the game's mechanics.

If the game ran correctly, this would be an easy recommend. However, it currently suffers from the same quiet desktop audio bug that I had with the game when it initially launched on Uplay. (Not everyone may experience this bug, but I've had it on two different machines.) I've also noticed the opening cutscene running slow causing the audio to desync. (There's probably other bugs, but I haven't played long enough to find out.) Also, for whatever reason, this runs through Ubisoft Connect, so there's no reason to buy this if you already bought it there. Best to play this on console if possible where it seems to run fine.

Baba is You manages the unthinkable. It makes Sokoban genuinely enjoyable.

If the poor display options have been putting you off Ascension, worry no longer. A long overdue update has fixed this longstanding problem. The game looks great, even on a 4K display. Anyone interested in deck building games should give it a look.

Some good ideas, but later stages rely a lot on twitch reactions and leap of faith game play. Still it's free, so give it a try if you're interested. Just be prepared for some serious frustration later on.

Aside from some decent charater portraits, the game feels like an average RPG Maker affair. Through the time I played, battles tended to be either really easy or absurdly difficult. One particularily nasty forced encounter involved fighting multiple enemies that could remove party members with ease. There very well may be something to offer in this game, but I didn't find myself wanting to push through anymore to find out.

Fun mystery. Hopefully there will be more. Also, special shout out to the developers for helping me out when the Android version wouldn't work on my tablet. That was super nice of them.

A terrific platformer that gets tough as nails towards the end.

This game is a great example of why perfecting your controls is so important.
