This is an Educational Game about how to use the Steam Deck.
Don't go in expecting anything other than a tutorial that will take half an hour to complete. That being said, it's one of the best educational video games I've ever played, kept me engaged and had me laughing throughout. Is it something I'd recommend, probably to portal fans.
Only negative thing I can think about is that it screws up the Portal Timeline.

Having microtransactions in a free game isn't ideal, but I can understand why they're there. Having microtransactions in a bought game is unforgivable. It's been over a year and bluehole seems to be more interested in squeezing the last few dimes out of their game than fixing it.

Shame. So much potential.

This game is good for two things;

1. The Icons are pretty good. I mean, who else wants Trump or >tfw icon? I sure do, that looks funny as all hell.

2. It's great to make decisions with when you're higher than Ching and Chong on a Friday night. Need to make a tough decision? Assign a tribute to one of the decisions and let them run free - feel free to commentate over it also, it's pretty fun that way.

I had friends, got good grades and even landed myself a girl I loved. Then I found YouTube, didn't go out and lost everything. My friends stopped hanging out with me, my grades/courses didn't do too well and my girl lost interest in me.

If you replace 'YouTube' with Anxiety it's a pretty realistic simulator of my life.

THIS GAME IS IN EARLY DELEVOPEMENT

This game has a lot to work on. It's against another game of the same nature and idea, which means it needs to act as fast as possible to compete. Sadly, the developer to this game is from Russia. This means there's a language barrier between him and his western audience... not only that, but the translations in this game are pretty poor.

The game play is repetitive, there's no tutorial which lead me to experiment without purpose, and there isn't very much diversity on how to make your videos.

Look. I hope this developer makes this game super duper sweet in the future. I look forward to playing it, and I hope it's a strong contender for YouTuber's Life. But until then, this isn't fun. It's a chore - and not a good one at that. If the developer wants input on what to focus on, I'd gladly give them a list.

4/10 - Got potential, but A LOT to improve on.

I saw some Mayonnaise in a Bikini. Two of my favorite things.

Free achievements and clicking simulator. Nothing much beyond that.

I'VE PLAYED THIS GAME FOR YEARS AND JUST RECENTLY BOUGHT IT ON STEAM

My Mother bought me this game when I was really young (around the age of 5-6) because I loved the RTS game "Age of Empires". That Roman War game we got from our Kellogs Nutri-Grain Cereal (on a side note: Best marketing scheme ever. Nutri-Grain will always be my favorite cereal because of it) that I enjoyed summoning a bunch of Cars equipped with Rocket Launchers. Since this looked similar, and the man in the shops said it was, she bought it in hopes I'd enjoy it.

I had mixed feelings with Majesty when I first aquired the game; I couldn't control where my people went and it was a lot harder than Age of Empires... even with cheats. As I grew up, I didn't have the best time in school (blah blah blah) so I spent a lot of my weekends and afterschool time in a cold room with only the 'family' (let's be real, it was mine. No one else used it because it was for 'nerds') Windows 2000 to keep me company. I listened to music, wrote a fantasy book - which was fueled with inspiration from Majest, Deltora Quest and Pokemon - and played MAjesty. As I grew up, I used cheats less and less, I began to enjoy the challenge a lot more.

Years later I torrented this game onto my Compaq computer to play with for nostalgia sake in 2013, and loved everything about it. Nostalgia aside, this game is actually one of the most unique RTS games out there. It's nothing like Age of Empires or Starcraft, it's different. You can't choose what your NPCs do, or where they go. That's their job if they want armour, if they want to go potion shopping, or if they want to explore. You got to set rewards in the void of the unknown and on your opponents. That adds a challenge like no other to me, and for that I really enjoy Majesty although I don't play it much anymore.

The soundtrack is bliss too. Even if you're not going to play it, at least give it a listen. It's beautiful.

A popular circle jerk people have is how hard the Water Temple is to beat in The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time. The many different rooms and levels one must complete to pass the level is astounding. While although difficult to complete - The Water Temple can be beaten and the game may progress. Hyper Hippo - on the other hand - decide to make their game, Adventure Capitalist, nearly impossible to beat unless you either spend a horrendous amount of money or alternatively wait literally thousands of years (DiMono, 2015).

This game is free, mildly addicting and fun to SOME extent. You can see how you progress and can look forward to the events that come around once a month. But that's all it really is, just click around a few times a day and grind until the event comes around. After a while of waiting, the game becomes really dull.

But there is something really good about it - it's nature is true to the core. If you've never been to a casino, go to one now and look at the Pokie machines. Look at how many people waste their money away on it without any gain in return. That's what Hyper Hippo is doing to their players, latching them on and draining their wallets to a game next to impossible to complete. They're telling you that you're the ironic greedy capitalist. But, in the end, that's their job.

2/10 - I spent $0 on this game and still feel robbed.
