The most important thing to a griefer is the response from his or her victim. Engagin with one is detrimental to yourself and encourages the behavior.
1. Mute the griefing play through the scoreboard.
2. Disable radio chat commands by writing the following command into console: ignorerad
3. Remind the other players to do the same. When you ignore the griefer, they will just divert their attention to the next available target. They will then usually reimburse the behavior with attention.
