Beautiful game, the only real criticism I can offer is it's too long, and should probably be about half the length it is.

Really original, non-traditional game. The story is grounded and focused on the characters.

So yeah. best played with an SSD.

Other than this minor gripe I loved the game and completed it twice, just to see other options

Supported this game on kickstarter because the creator was behind the swinging system I loved in Spider Man 2.
Unfortunately this game is not polished enough for me to be happy with that investment.
The environments feel unfinished, but that's fine as long as swinging is awesome.
Unfortunately it's not, the aiming of the hookshot is always pointing in the same direction, which is always too high up, and you don't get any control over it so you're unable to do tricks that allow you to grab to specific parts of the building, and you're always on the mercy of the hook grabbing something out of sight unless you're looking straight up, these things definitely make this game suffer in terms of feel.

One of the few games to which I come back over and over. The gameplay revolves around growing plant cratures and creating ecosystems. You can travel freely through the game giving it a homely feel rather than disjointed levels. Very good for relaxing after a day of work.

I cannot recommend this game if you like gameplay. I also cannot recommed this game if you like any sort of interactivity, or exploration, or feeling like you're in another world, or any sort of immersion. This is pretty much you pressing the 'W' key for about half an hour and listening to a story being told. And the story is neither inspiring, imaginative, interesting nor did it pull at my heartstrings or made me think.

This game should have been more popular than it was. The art is gorgeous, the characters are great, the story is awesome and gameplay is top notch. If you've not played it you're doing yourself a disservice.

One of the most heartfelt games I've played. It perfectly marries the mechanics and the story in ways I've yet to see another game do. The only game in recent memory that made me cry.
You can't just watch a playthrough of it, you have to play it yourself to experience it.

This is probably my favourite multiplayer game. A 2D sincescrolling DOTA-like with awesome characters, great soundtrack, tons of personality, incredibly polished gameplay and easy to pick up.
I've played it for years since its PC launch and it's still going strong.
