A message to all of Splatio's little school friends, unfortunately we are taking the steps into putting him in a home due to the rapid degradation of his mental faculties. He spends a lot of time filling all the containers in his house with water and emptying them into the bathtub, at this point it's just sad to see him like this. You will not be able to visit him as it is a maximum security facility.
