Great game that's actively being ruined by Sony.

Sony attempted to require that a PSN account was linked to your Steam account in order to play, while having sold the game to Steam players in countries where having a PSN account is against Sony's TOS.

During the brief period of this controversy, the game became blocked from being purchased in the 170-ish countries that PSN is not available in. My understanding is that this was a decision by Sony to do.

Now, despite Sony having reversed their decision to require PSN accounts being linked, the game still cannot be purchased in those 170-ish countries, and it appears Sony is not intending to unblock the game in those countries any time soon.
