I have played over 2.5k hours of Arma 3. Most of these hours are put into Overpoch, Exile, KOTH and Life Servers. If you enjoy multiplayer FPS realism then this is the game for you.

Some issues I only have with the game is that you can die from bushes while driving cars, fire when you are no where near it and stairs.

Overall I really love this game and the issues aren't too big of a deal, just be aware of them and you should be good.

Personally, I think this is one of the best games I have played on PC and would highly recommend it to others who are thinking about purchasing.
