Easily one of the most fun and generous Demo's i've ever played, this is basically a full game experience, none of the characters are even locked for the demo! INSANELY promising dev team to put all their cards on the table in pure confidence that the game WILL hold up.

AND IT DOES, I haven't even GOTTEN TO THE GAME ITSELF YET.
It's some of the most satisfying combat i've played in a roguelike hands down, very risk of rain like. Great fundamentals, every character has an appealing design while being a blast to play with multiple unlocks and a skill tree, and you can freely swap around your whole build and share things with allies which promotes teamplay and creativity a LOT.

Also i HAVE to give special credit to the sound design and SFX team because they NAILED IT. Everytime a big attack goes down with hitstop, satisfying doesn't even cover it, and every characters attacks just FEEL meaty.

Overall great game and i'll DEFINITELY be buying it when it comes out. The only criticisms i could put on it is that while i think they did a good job trying to making attacks clear, sometimes just SO much is happening it's a bit hard to tell (which is kinda par for the course), and certain effects like Fever make AOEs hard to see. I'd also like to see that character specific skill trees have their own separate skill point allocation, because it feels a bit off to dedicate skill points to a tree like that if you like swapping characters a lot (cheap resets are nice tho!). Maybe there could be a second resource that you get just from playing said character that goes to them?

Either way i haven't been this invested in a roguelike in a long time, can't wait for more!

I know what you're thinking, a MOBA battle royale? that couldn't possibly be fun. but against all odds it's an amazing game. the devs are very communicative and the gameplay is easy to get into but hard to master. just the gliding ALONE has a high skill ceiling. Even if you don't think you'd be a fan, try it, it's free after all.

Look, you know why you're here. You wanna blow bots and bugs up with your friends, but you're checking to make sure it's as cracked up as everyone makes it...and the answer is yes, buy it, it's worth it. we gotta support devs who actually make fun games more.

A truly amazing game for such a small pricetag, I'm not a speedrunner by any means, but the movement system is so well crafted and refined that I happily got through parts of the game where i was supposed to have another item. Theres certainly a ton of routes to take and i can't wait to see what actual speedrunners do with it! Please make a sequel! also

Why is this game free?? The worldbuilding is way too good to be free

I used to play this game a lot, but over time it just got more and more soul destroying in the way it monetizes itself till i just quit. Nows the time to share my opinion as the community goes through it's most trying time yet with how greedy gaijin is being, EVEN IF MY REVIEW IS CENSORED. The gameplay is good, but clearly being the only competitor in this realistic vehicle combat sim has taken it's toll. wait for the developers to realize how to properly monetize their game before trying it.

Was worried when people said this game was "unbalanced" and "too difficult", but from playing it...ok they are right about it being difficult BUT that isn't a detriment, and it's not 'too' difficult. The reason it's so hard for fans of deckbuilders is because the game has a lot of depth to it, from statuses to abilities to the playboard and the way you can freely move your companions make this a deckbuilder you really have to think about and not just get a single broken combo that plays the game for you. Even when you get a fun broken combo you still have to strategize and that's why it's fun. And not to mention the love and care put into the aesthetic, it's gorgeous and adorable. Plus the attention to detail is top notch, some card art will change depending on statistics, like yuki's snowball that grows when her damage grows, and a shade nut enemy that reveals more of it's body once you break it's shell bit by bit...anyway, try this game, it's a blast!

Probably the least new player friendly experience i've had the displeasure of playing. And I know what you're thinking, "you only played 2 hours tho". I didn't have a single fun casual game in two entire hours, with no hope of any kind of growth due to the horrendously implimented monetization system, which is only compounded by the obviously overpowered gundams that you basically have to pay money for. Sure, the gameplay itself can be fun if you are just looking for an overwatch clone, but until they make some changes this game won't last long.

Honestly this was a great experience in all aspects, and it's completely free, it's CRIMINAL i didn't have to pay a dime for everything. Easily the best fan-made half life i've ever played.
