When story is more important than game mechanics you get a Game of the Year.

Music, atmosphere, caracter developement, graphics, this game pretty much has it all. It even has very well planned story line (which is something big studios lost and it's up to the indy crowd to take over). My main concern is that the game feels more like a rollercoaster, in the very basic sense: your movement is limited and gimped so that it does not overshadow the storytelling. This is bad in my oppinion because the story hold up on it's owned, does not need the camera angles or very limited motion to deliver probably the best story in a game this year. Our heroin and her arsenal could have used some serios Tomb Raider level motion and mechanics to make her shine.

Who knows, maybe in a future games the developers will trust us to roam free and give us a sandbox instead of a Cinemax 4DX experience.

All in all, solid game.

Simple yet a very tactical shooter. Spraj and pray sometimes works but not really :). For FPS fans, must buy!
